Teleferic Grand Hotel SRL, a company in the group that owns Teleferic Grand Hotel in Poiana Braşov, announces the completion of the Teleferic Grand Residence residential project in Cristian, with an investment value of over EUR 10 million. The complex includes 32 villas and an apartment building.
“For over 10 years, Teleferic Grand Hotel has meant quality, comfort, attention to detail and a certain way of experiencing the mountain for our guests. Teleferic Grand Residence was born from the desire to carry forward these values in a residential project. We have created not only beautiful houses and apartments, but homes built to high quality standards, which we have also imposed on ourselves in the hotel, designed for everyday comfort and for a beautiful life in the long term”, declares Emil Ţînţ, developer of Teleferic Grand Residence.
The architecture is inspired by Alpine chalets, but the villas are designed for year-round use.
