The Romanian jewelry brands, TEILOR, will open new store on the local market, at RIVUS Cluj-Napoca. DAAR, a TEILOR Holding brand, will also operate in RIVUS and for the first time in Transylvania, JANINE will bring to RIVUS its gold jewelry collections.
The contracting ratio reached 80% for the retail area in the new urban complex currently under construction on the former Carbochim industrial platform. Spanning a 14 hectare area, RIVUS will integrate a complex mix of uses – cultural, educational, sports, entertainment, events, green areas, shopping and office.
