Pinwell has opened a new Pinwell Realty branch in Corbeanca as the real estate group expands its brokerage operations across the residential markets north of Bucharest. The office will cover Corbeanca as well as Balotești, Snagov, Otopeni, Tunari and surrounding localities, with services extending to residential transactions, land and development projects.
The Corbeanca operation becomes the second branch in the Pinwell Realty network following Pipera. Its opening increases the brokerage division to 35 professionals as the group works towards establishing five branches by the end of its first year of activity. Five brokers are currently based at the new location, with Pinwell planning to expand the Corbeanca team to approximately 12.
Andrei Bejan and Cristina Botocan will lead the local operation. Bejan has experience in residential property across northern Bucharest and Ilfov County and will also be responsible for expanding the team. Botocan, who has more than 20 years of experience spanning sales, financial services and client advisory work, will focus on developing the group’s position in the Corbeanca area.

Pinwell is developing the brokerage business around locally managed teams supported by central resources. The group provides infrastructure, financing and relationships with residential developers, while its local partners are responsible for day-to-day operations and building their presence within individual property markets.
The move into Corbeanca reflects Pinwell’s expectation of further residential growth across northern Ilfov County. The company points to buyer interest in alternatives to Bucharest, an expanding range of housing and improving infrastructure and connections with the capital as factors supporting the area’s property market. The inclusion of land and development advisory services also positions the branch to participate in future residential expansion rather than concentrating solely on transactions involving existing homes.
The Corbeanca office will additionally serve as a training location for people entering the brokerage sector. Junior consultants will receive training and mentoring while working alongside experienced brokers, supporting Pinwell’s plans to increase its workforce as further branches are added. The combination of local expansion and recruitment forms part of the group’s wider strategy to establish a network in residential markets where it sees potential for continued development.
