7R appoints Katarzyna Różycka as CFO amid expansion of financing strategy

28 September 2026

7R has appointed Katarzyna Różycka as Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Management Board as the logistics developer expands its operations in Poland, Czechia and Germany and increases its use of different sources of investment capital.

Różycka will oversee the company’s finance, accounting and controlling functions, including the development of financial policy across its three markets. Her responsibilities will also include adapting financial processes to the increasing scale of 7R’s development and investment activities.

She joins the company with more than 19 years of experience in corporate finance, transactions and financial management. Różycka previously held CFO positions within the Polenergia Group and at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, where she worked within a logistics business operating across CEE and Central Asia. She was also Group Controlling Director at PKP Cargo and earlier worked for EY and Deloitte.

The appointment comes as 7R continues to broaden the way it finances its development pipeline. Alongside its own capital, the company works with institutional investors and banks and has increasingly used the Polish bond market to raise additional funding for its activities.

7R entered the green bond market in February 2025 with a €34m issue maturing in 2028. By September 2026, the combined value of bonds issued by the company had reached approximately €92m, adding another source of capital alongside traditional property development financing.

The company is also establishing its first public bond programme, which will allow it to issue one or more series of unsecured bonds with a combined maximum value of PLN 350m, or the equivalent amount in euros. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the associated prospectus in September 2026. The PLN 350m represents the maximum size of the programme rather than bonds already issued.

Różycka’s arrival therefore coincides with a period in which 7R is managing a more diverse capital structure while developing its business beyond Poland. Her role will include supporting that expansion and maintaining financial oversight as the company combines bank financing, investor partnerships and bond-market funding across its growing European logistics property platform.
