Tarczyński is expanding its manufacturing complex in Ujeździec Mały in Lower Silesia with a new production and warehouse facility designed to increase the group’s food-processing capacity. The construction contract for the C2 building is valued at PLN 70.9m net, with completion scheduled for 31 May 2027.
The building is being delivered by Projprzem Budownictwo following an agreement signed in February 2026. The development will provide production and storage areas together with supporting employee and office facilities. The structure incorporates more than 2,000 prefabricated concrete components, including columns, prestressed elements and approximately 8,190 sqm of floor slabs.
Once operational, C2 will expand Tarczyński’s capacity for producing frankfurters at its principal manufacturing location. The investment goes beyond the construction of the building, with new automated technology planned for different stages of production, including preparation, processing, packaging and the handling of finished products.
The project forms part of a broader investment programme through which Tarczyński is increasing production capacity and improving the efficiency of its manufacturing operations. The group invested approximately PLN 365m in fixed assets during 2025, and the Ujeździec Mały expansion remains among its principal projects. The company’s latest reporting continues to identify PLN 70.9m as the value of the C2 construction contract and maintains the May 2027 delivery timetable.
Additional manufacturing capacity is also intended to support the company’s international expansion. Tarczyński sells products in more than 30 countries, with Germany, the UK, Romania, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Latvia among its important export markets. During the first half of 2026, export revenue increased by 6.8% year-on-year to approximately PLN 374m, accounting for almost 34% of group sales.
The C2 facility represents another stage in the expansion of Tarczyński’s established industrial base in Lower Silesia. The disclosed PLN 70.9m relates to construction of the building rather than the entire manufacturing investment, which also encompasses production machinery and automation. No verified company disclosure currently supports a PLN 136.8m value for the C2 construction contract, making the lower figure the appropriate one for the project at this stage.
