The Americans from Panattoni have re-established their company in Romania. The new company, Panattoni Romania Development SRL, has settled in Ethos House, on Iancu de Hunedoara Boulevard in Sector 1 of the Capital, a building owned by Pavăl Holding.
It is the group’s second attempt on the local market, and the first one ended without a single square meter delivered. Panattoni is the largest private developer of industrial spaces in the world, with 58.2 million square meters developed since its establishment. The European division, headquartered in Warsaw, has delivered over 22 million square meters.
The group is present in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Benelux, Poland, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and the Nordic countries, and has recently entered the data center segment.
