One United Properties recorded residential transactions in the first half of 2026 totaling EUR 106.1 million, including sales, pre-sales and reservations for 229 residential and commercial units, with a total area of 25,221 square meters, as well as 396 parking spaces and storage spaces.
In the same period, the average price of contracted units reached 3,853 euros/sqm, up 24% compared to the first half of 2025.
As of June 30, 2026, 75% of all units under construction were already contracted, and the company still had 1,002 units available for sale in projects under development and another 158 units in projects already completed. To expand its portfolio, the developer plans to launch the One City Club, One Cotroceni Towers and One Park Lane projects in Bucharest, as well as One Riverfront in Sibiu, in the second half of the year.
