Businessman Andrei Lisinschi is preparing a new residential project right next to the Porsche Pipera car showroom on land purchased from the Neocity group, founded and led by Israeli businessman Ehud Benshach.
The real estate developer’s plan calls for the construction of a building structured on 3 basements, a ground floor, 5 floors, plus a sixth, secluded floor. The project will include 207 apartments, and 273 parking spaces will be arranged in the basement. The total value of the complex was calculated at about EUR 14 million.
Lisinschi entered the residential market in 2022 with the First Estates project, developed in Pipera, on land that belonged to businessman George Becali. The real estate investor is also working on the First Estates Villas project, a premium project with 21 villas also located in the Pipera area.
