HUBIX, a Romanian investment and real estate management company, announces the signing of a partnership with NEXO Group for the development of the Abito Pipera residential project, located on Şos. București Nord 14C, in the Pipera area.
The project has an estimated development value of EUR 28 million and will include 150 apartments and commercial spaces, 198 parking spaces, storage boxes, green spaces, a children’s playground, promenade areas, a running track and a bicycle track along the length of the complex.
As part of the partnership, NEXO Group coordinates the development, execution and technical component of the project. HUBIX participates as an investment partner, with a role in the capital structuring, financial governance and implementation discipline of the project.
