Logistics and industrial space developer VGP, with 6 parks in Romania totaling 920,000 sqm of leasable space, completed in Q1/2026 a new 35,000 sqm hall in VGP Park Brasov, for Ursus, and pre-leased 8,000 sqm to Epiesa in VGP Park Bucharest 2 – East.
The company is also preparing a new 46,500 sqm phase in VGP Park Bucharest North, developed in a multi-tenant regime.
The VGP network in Romania currently includes six logistics and industrial parks – Arad, Braşov, Bucharest North, Bucharest 2 (East), Sibiu and Timişoara – with a total leasable area of 920,351 sqm and a current availability of 427,775 sqm.
The largest project remains VGP Park Arad – 193,620 sqm of leasable area, positioned next to the A1 motorway, 50 km from the Hungarian border. Next is VGP Park Braşov, with 184,529 sqm, developed on the city’s ring road, and VGP Park Timişoara, with 177,215 sqm in 8 buildings.
