Logicor Reaches a Local Portfolio of over 320,000 sqm Class A

The European owner, operator and developer of logistics spaces, Logicor, has reached a local portfolio of over 320,000 sqm Class A, in a context in which the national industrial and logistics stock has exceeded 8 million sqm, and demand has reached a record level of almost 1 million sqm of public transactions in 2025.

 

Logicor is present in Romania in the main economic and transport hubs – Bucharest, Ploieşti, Braşov, Sibiu and Timişoara. The company has a continental network with 591 assets in 14 countries – Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

 

The most recent major local activity was the completion, at the end of 2024, of the Logicor Bucharest III Pallady logistics park, located at the exit of the Autostrada Soarelui, on Theodor Pallady Boulevard. The project totals approximately 41,500 sqm – 37,000 sqm of storage space, 2,800 sqm of offices and social areas, plus 1,700 sqm of mezzanine space – is BREEAM Very Good certified and has been almost fully leased to a mix of tenants consisting of Cărtureşti, MKS, Editura Trei, Banca pentru Alimente, Homplex and Vel Pitar.
