Spanish group Hercesa prepares to demolish Farmavet warehouses

Spanish group Hercesa is preparing to demolish the former supply base of veterinary product distributor Farmavet, purchased from businessman Sorin Paul Stănescu. The company wants to start a first stage of the expansion of the Vivenda Residencias housing complex in a few months.

The Spanish investors bought the property this summer for EUR 1.85 million. It is located in the Morarilor area of Sector 2, right next to the former Titan bread factory, in its place where Hercesa has so far developed 1,000 apartments.
