The Transilvania Construcţii group of companies, which includes seven companies with activities of development, construction and management of industrial parks, warehouses, halls and office spaces, as well as their rental, controlled by the Timofte family from Cluj, ended 2025 with a total turnover of 20.8 million euros.
“In 2025, our turnover was supported by a high degree of occupancy at the portfolio level and by the expansions carried out together with existing tenants. The evolution was stable, in the context of a prudent economic environment, but with constant demand for flexible industrial and logistics spaces,” said Andrei Iancu Timofte, General Manager of Transilvania Construcţii.
At the portfolio level, Transilvania Construcţii reached an occupancy rate of over 95%, supported by both expansions by existing tenants and the interest of new customers.
