City Grill Group will expand the Caru’ cu Bere brand outside the Capital, the inauguration of the first restaurant in the province being scheduled for 2026, in Brașov.
The new restaurant will occupy the emblematic space of the former Carpathian Stag Stag, a building with historical value located in the central area of the city, in the vicinity of the Council Square. The investment project involves extensive restoration works of the building and its adaptation to the specific visual and architectural concept Caru’ cu Bere, recognized for its traditional brewery atmosphere and spectacular décor.
The unit will have a capacity of over 200 seats and will maintain the established gastronomic line, based on reinterpreted Romanian cuisine and traditional dishes, complemented by artistic events.
