Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione, which owns the Winmarkt shopping center network in Romania, sold the fourth shopping center in the restructuring plan. The shopping center in Slatina is fully leased and has 22 stores. Among the tenants are Carrefour Market, B&B Collection and Kendra. The value of the transaction, brokered by CBRE, was about EUR 2.4 million.
With this transaction, the total value of assets in Romania sold by IGD in 2025 reaches about EUR 16.2 million.
The company sold three shopping centers in Romania in the first nine months of this year. These are the centers in Cluj-Napoca, Alexandria and Vaslui, for about EUR 14 million.
