CA Immo fully leases Frankfurt high-rise ONE

CA Immo has leased the remaining vacant office space in ONE, its 190-metre mixed-use tower in Frankfurt, securing full occupancy of the building. The final leases were signed with kallan Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH for approximately 800 sqm and TMF Deutschland AG for around 830 sqm. Both agreements are long-term.

The ONE tower offers around 68,000 sqm of lettable space, combining offices with a hotel, coworking areas and public amenities, including a sky bar and café. The building sits between the banking district, Europaviertel and the trade fair grounds, a location that CA Immo says has now firmly established itself with corporate tenants.

Completed in 2022, the high-rise includes a 4-star nhow hotel operated by the NH Hotel Group and coworking facilities run by Spaces. The building holds a DGNB Platinum sustainability certification and has also been awarded DGNB Diamond for architectural and urban design. It was the first high-rise in Central Europe to receive both SmartScore and WiredScore platinum certifications.
