tbi bank Grants EUR 7.85 mln Financing to REDESIGN for Stejeriş project in Braşov

tbi bank grants a financing of EUR 7.85 million to the real estate developer REDESIGN, for the completion of the first buildings related to phase 2 of the Stejeriş project in Braşov.

Phase 2 of the Stejeriş project is being developed on a plot of land of over 15,000 square meters and will include, in total, 11 boutique buildings, comprising a total of 81 residential units from 2 to 5 rooms. The value of this phase is estimated at EUR 26 million.

The first development within the Stejeriş residential concept was carried out in the period 2018-2022 and included eight buildings, following an investment of approximately EUR 17 million.

REDESIGN started as an architecture office with projects carried out both in Romania and on international markets in Western Europe and Asia. The company entered the local residential development market in 2013.
