BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has appointed Paweł Welo as Director in its Capital Markets Department, bringing more than 20 years of experience in property investment, financing, fund management and capital raising across commercial and residential real estate.
Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, Welo was Head of Financing Poland at InRento, where he was responsible for developing the company’s financing activities in the Polish market. From 2013 to 2024, he served as Director of the Real Estate Department at PKO TFI, overseeing its real estate fund investment portfolio, team and special purpose vehicles. During this period, he completed more than 100 acquisition and disposal transactions and participated in creating investment funds for institutional and individual investors. Earlier, he was Director of the Investment Department at CB Richard Ellis Poland, now CBRE, advising investors on office and logistics transactions.
