Niro Group Prepares Land for Project near Dragonul Roșu in Bucharest

Niro Investment SA has had urban planning certificates for several plots of land in the Dragonul Roșu area of ​​the capital since December 2025 for the construction of a mixed-use complex, such as apartments, a hotel, offices, and commercial spaces, in six-story high-rise buildings. Now, Niro Group is preparing the land for the start of work on the new project.

The company is owned by Laurențiu-Marian Dumitru (45%), Ilie Robert Dumitru (45%), Clitemnestra Bugheanu-Gâdea (5%) and Ionel Dumitru (5%).

Niro inaugurated the Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard last year. Also last year, Niro Investment Group partnered with real estate developer Hagag Development to renovate an office building in the Herăstrău area of ​​the capital.
