Monarc Development will start construction work this year for Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Mamaia.
The development will take place in several stages, starting with the design, engineering, and consultancy. Subsequently, the project will go through the structural execution, finishing, and integration phases of facilities specific to the Radisson Blu brand, alongside preparing the operational management components.
Prices for the premium residences within the complex start at EUR 235 thousand. The properties will be integrated into a dedicated management and rental program, offering buyers the opportunity to generate investment yields without being directly involved in managing the asset.
