The DIY retailer Dedeman, owned by Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, has opened its new store in Pașcani, the third in Iași County and the 63rd nationwide. Located on a plot of land with an area of over 48,000 square meters, the new store involved a total investment of approximately EUR 15 million. This amount includes the purchase price of the land, the costs of construction works, the development of commercial areas, offices and a generous parking lot with 364 spaces, as well as the purchase of equipment and product stocks.
The store in Pașcani is the second opened this year, after the one in Arad. The Dedeman network has 63 stores spread across all counties of the country, except Teleorman and Giurgiu. The DIY network also benefits from 5 logistics centers, its own car park and has over 13,000 employees.
