Accor announces the opening of Mercure Oradea, a new hotel located in the western area of the city, an investment of approximately EUR 15 million.
“As the first Mercure address in the city, this new hotel marks an important step in consolidating our presence in Romania and connecting Oradea to the international travel circuit,” says Andrii Davydenko, Vice President Operations, Ukraine & Romania, Accor.
Mercure Oradea will operate under a franchise agreement with Grand Hotel West, a company controlled by Rareş Dacian Ticra, Bogdan Andrei Ticra, Dana Ticra and Andreea Copos.
The hotel has 90 rooms, including classic, privilege and suite rooms. Several rooms have private balconies, and some suites include spacious terraces with private outdoor jacuzzis.
