Dana Bordei, who led the industrial department of the real estate consulting company CBRE Romania between 2008 and 2019, returns to the company with a dual role: Head of Industrial & Logistics (I&L) Romania and Head of I&L Strategic Client Development CEE South.
The return comes after seven years spent on the developers’ side. Between 2019 and 2021, Dana Bordei was Commercial Director at WDP, and from 2021 to 2026 he led VGP operations in the role of Country Manager Commercial.
“I chose to continue my career in real estate consulting, in a regional role with direct responsibility for a booming market: in Romania, Hungary and Serbia alone, over 1.6 million square meters are currently under construction. My objective is clear: to consolidate CBRE’s leading position in industrial and logistics transactions across the region,” said Dana Bordei.
