The companies, projects and professionals shaping Romania’s real estate market are in the spotlight as CIJ Awards Romania 2026 unveils its preliminary list of nominees.
The anticipation is over! The preliminary list of nominees for the CIJ Awards Gala Romania 2026 is now available, highlighting the companies, projects and professionals whose work is contributing to the evolution of Romania’s real estate industry.
The annual awards recognise outstanding achievements across the market, bringing together leading developers, investors, consultants, architects, service providers and other key industry players.
The preliminary list remains open for updates and corrections until Friday, 16 October 2026. Companies and professionals are encouraged to review the published nominations and submit any relevant updates or corrections before the deadline.
The final list of nominees will be announced on Monday, 19 October 2026.

The CIJ Awards Gala Romania brings together the industry’s leading players to recognise the projects, transactions, companies and professionals making a difference in the Romanian real estate market.
The CIJ Awards Gala Romania 2026 will take place on 3 December at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, bringing the industry together for an evening dedicated to excellence, innovation and the people shaping the market’s future.
