REDPORT and DAN ȘUCU have officially launched INFINITY NORD, a large-scale residential development in the Străulești, Dămăroaia area. Located on a platform of more than 4.6 hectares, in the continuation of the Petrom City area, INFINITY NORD is the largest project in REDPORT’s portfolio.
INFINITY NORD will include approximately 1,200 homes developed in three successive phases, alongside an extensive component of retail, services, wellness and spaces dedicated to the community. The project was conceived as a mixed-use development, in which residents will have quick access to the services and facilities needed in everyday life.
The project is eveloped by REDPORT in partnership with DAN ȘUCU, majority shareholder in the project and Founder of MOBEXPERT.

In the first phase, REDPORT has already secured strategic pre-leases with AUCHAN and WORLD CLASS, which will occupy approximately 95% of the commercial spaces related to the inaugural stage of the development.
