Turkish builder Synergy and Omer Tetik, CEO of Banca Transilvania, have started work on their first joint real estate project in Bucharest, following a transaction with a fund of the Central Bank of Hungary.
Turkish group Synergy has partnered with Omer Tetik, CEO of Banca Transilvania, and Levent Kirman, president and CEO of Yeni Gimat, and together they have purchased a 1.4-hectare plot of land in the Expoziției area, on which the construction of an office building with an area of about 17,000 square meters, completed by two residential blocks, with a total of 238 apartments.
“The construction of the Base: Expoziției project is already underway, and during the development we will implement certain optimizations of the concept, functions and technical solutions. These changes aim to increase the quality of the project and its best adaptation to current demand and market dynamics, while maintaining the overall vision of the development.
The total estimated value of the investment is approximately EUR 60 million. Our partnership with Mr. Omer Tetik honors us and is based, above all, on trust and a common vision on the development of real estate projects,” said Liviu Suvac, chief business officer at Synergy.
