22 September 2026

CA Immobilien Anlagen AG has made two changes to its Supervisory Board, with Timothy Abram and Christopher Lowthert joining with effect from 15 September 2026. The appointments were made by majority shareholder SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à r.l., using the nomination rights associated with its registered shares. The two Starwood Capital Group executives replace Jeffrey Dishner and Nicholas Chadwick.

Abram is Managing Director, Head of European Asset Management and Head of International Hotels at Starwood Capital Group. He joined the investment firm in June 2015 and previously worked for UBS Investment Bank and Citi’s Global Markets business in London.

Lowthert is Managing Director and Global CFO of Funds at Starwood Capital Group, where he has worked since January 2016. Before joining Starwood, he spent more than 12 years in senior positions at GE Capital Real Estate. Earlier in his career, he worked for six years in PwC’s real estate audit practice in New York, where he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.

Lowthert has also been appointed Chairman of CA Immo’s Audit Committee by the Supervisory Board. The appointments maintain senior Starwood Capital representation within CA Immo’s governance structure while adding further experience in European asset management, real estate investment and finance to the board.
