P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Jakub Pelikán as Head of Land Acquisition and Development for the Czech Republic, bringing an experienced former member of its management team back to the company with an expanded remit.
Pelikán previously served as Head of Development at P3. In his new position, he will combine responsibility for development with the acquisition of land and projects, including identifying sites for new logistics developments and opportunities to expand P3’s existing Czech portfolio.
He returns to P3 with more than two decades of experience in commercial property and development. Pelikán spent the past seven years as Development Director at Mountpark and previously led Goodman Czech Republic and Slovakia for four years. Earlier in his career, he spent five years at Prologis Czech Republic Management, where his positions included Market Officer and Vice President for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The broader responsibilities will give Pelikán oversight of projects from the initial search for suitable development opportunities through acquisition and subsequent delivery. Peter Jánoši, Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, said Pelikán’s previous experience with the company and knowledge of industrial and logistics development would support his return to the management team.
P3 is also strengthening its acquisition team with the appointment of Denisa Klammertová as Senior Acquisition Manager. She joins from iO Partners, where she specialised in industrial real estate, following earlier experience at JLL.
The company’s Czech leasing operation is also being expanded with the arrival of Dina Macků from iO Partners in a management position. The three appointments strengthen P3’s capabilities across land acquisition, development and leasing as the developer continues to pursue new projects and expansion opportunities within its Czech logistics portfolio.
