Nusco has signed a EUR 21.4 million financing agreement with Exim Banca Românească. The agreement is intended to refinance certain assets in the company’s portfolio, as well as support its ongoing investment projects.

The majority of the financing provided to Nusco will be used to continue developing the company’s assets, while the remaining funds will be used to close a previous credit line held by the real estate developer.
