AB Energy Romania Relocates to Romanitza Office Building in Bucharest

 

AB Energy Romania, a company specializing in cogeneration, biomethane and sustainable energy solutions, has leased an entire floor at Romanitza Office Building, a boutique office property located in the immediate vicinity of Victoriei Square and the Romanian Government headquarters.

 

The transaction was brokered by Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

 

Romanitza Office Building is a boutique office property comprising a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and four upper floors, complemented by a generous rooftop terrace. The building offers a total leasable area of 1,840 sqm.
