Alesonor and STRABAG have started construction of the second phase of the Amber Forest project in northern Bucharest, which will have 172 homes, of which 91 are villas and 81 are apartments. The residential complex is developed on an area of 31 hectares, with only 15% built-up area.
The project has obtained LEED Platinum certification according to the v4.1 standard for communities: Planning and Design, becoming the first residential project in Europe to achieve this standard.
To date, the project includes 690 green homes, of which 580 have been sold and approximately 300 have already been delivered.
“The partnership with STRABAG is essential for this stage, as it allows us to maintain the technical standards of the project and ensure that the assumed objectives, including those related to the LEED Platinum certification, are supported by a rigorous execution, at the level of reference projects in the market”, says Leonidas Anastasopoulos, Co-founder and Managing Partner, Alesonor.
