Businessman Marius Bușu has resumed the procedures for the two towers with premium apartments planned near Văcărești Natural Park, after breaking his partnership with Robertino Georgescu.
Marius Bușu bought a plot of land measuring approximately 11,000 square meters on the banks of the Văcărești Delta, between the Sun Plaza mall and the Asmita Gardens residential complex. The transaction value was approximately EUR 8 million. On this land, since 2021, the investor has proposed to build two residential towers, each with 11 floors and an estimated development value of up to EUR 70 million.
Bușu partnered with his former schoolmate Robertino Georgescu and included this project in their joint expansion plan, but construction has not started.
In 2024, Bușu and Georgescu decided to break off their business relationship, and their projects were divided. Marius Bușu remained to develop the luxury complex Nobis Gardens in Pipera on the banks of the Văcărești Delta.
The new plan foresees the construction of two buildings structured on two basements, a ground floor and 11 floors, with a total area of 38,447 square meters. 402 parking spaces are planned in the basement of the towers, 280 square meters of commercial spaces on the ground floor, and the floors are reserved for apartments, which reach a number of over 400 units.
