SPEEDWELL launches GLENWOOD Estate

SPEEDWELL launches GLENWOOD Estate – a distinctive residential compound in Corbeanca – on the shores of Ostratu Lake, with a total investment value estimated to overreach EUR 135 million.

GLENWOOD Estate is a villa-compound spanning a total area of 14 hectares, set to grow up to 200 units, spread over 7 housing typologies. All 7 types of houses are sustainable and long-term commitments for their families, starting from 142 sqm and going up to 220 sqm, built on a 322 sqm and up to 557 sqm land, with a private garden, two parking spaces, and / or garage – all in an exquisite Nordic inspirational architectural landscape.
