VGP continues its investments locally and plans to build its largest logistics park in Romania. The company has committed to acquiring two new large plots of land, a total of 76 hectares, on which the development potential is almost 400,000 sqm of logistics and industrial spaces.
The developer is expanding to Timisoara and wants to buy a plot of land of almost 480,000 sqm, i.e. 48 hectares. The development potential on this plot is almost 257,000 sqm, which will make it the largest logistics park of VGP locally when it is fully built.
The company has also committed to acquiring a plot of land of 286,000 sqm in Oradea, the new city that it is putting on the map of expansions in Romania. The plot has a development potential of 135,000 sqm of logistics spaces.
