Real estate development company Concordia Partners, in association with lawyer Gheorghe Musat, contracted a EUR 14.5 million financing from Garanti BBVA for the completion of premium residential project The Concord, located on the northern area of Bucharest, in the immediate vicinity of the Pipera metro station.
The Concord, whose real estate consultant and exclusive agent is SVN Romania, is located on Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard and is composed of a building with two underground floors, ground floor and 11 floors, comprising 155 apartments with two, three and four rooms, including apartments with a garden.
The project, which will also provide its residents with an underground parking lot with 168 spaces, is scheduled for delivery in December 2026. The sales process of the apartments started this week.
