Concelex Renovates the Crasna River promenade in Şimleu Silvaniei

Local construction company Concelex, controlled by Daniel Piţurlea, has won a contract worth approximately RON 15 million (about EUR 3 million) with the Şimleu Silvaniei city hall, Sălaj county, for the renovation of the Crasna River promenade. The investment is financed by European funds. The area to be rehabilitated is located in the central area of ​​the city of Şimleu Silvaniei and includes the Crasna River bed, currently undeveloped and partially inaccessible, as well as a series of public spaces in decline and parts of adjacent streets.

“The project covers an area of ​​39,000 sq m, of which at least 12,500 sqm will be rehabilitated green spaces, and Concelex will provide both design and construction services. These include pedestrian walkways, bicycle paths, recreation areas, contemporary urban furniture, LED public lighting and a video monitoring system for community safety,” the company’s press release states.
