The brothers Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, owners of the DIY retailer Dedeman, are giving up investments in the industrial/logistics sector of the real estate market.
In this regard, the Pavăl brothers have given up the partnership concluded with entrepreneur Ionuț Dumitrescu and his company, Element Industrial, through which they aimed to develop and sell industrial-logistics parks near large cities in the country.
Pavăl Holding’s only remaining investment in this real estate sector is the InCity Logistic project in Bacău, built in 2025 and leased to the carriers Delamode and Pall-Ex.
“The decision is exclusively related to the group’s business strategy and the allocation of capital to segments that, at this moment, are considered priorities,” said Dedeman representatives.
