IMPACT Developer & Contractor announces the appointment of Iulia IANA as CEO of IMPACT Finance & Sales, a company within the IMPACT Group, specializing in sales, marketing, brokerage, commercial leasing and IT activities for projects in the IMPACT Group portfolio, including GREENFIELD Băneasa, ARIA Verdi, GREENFIELD Copou and BOREAL Plus.
Iulia Iana has 14 years of experience in marketing, strategy and management, gained in industries such as real estate, automotive and retail. Previously, she held the position of Marketing Director within another real estate developer.
“I join the IMPACT Group at a stage where there is significant potential for portfolio development and, implicitly, commercial performance. My mandate at IMPACT Finance & Sales is to build an integrated commercial function, where marketing, sales, CRM, technology and data work as part of the same business process. The objective is simple: to have measurable processes, a better understanding of the client and a direct link between the investments we make and the commercial results we generate.
