MLP Group has renewed its lease agreement with Ingram Micro, a global distributor of IT solutions and mobile devices, at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre near Warsaw. The renewed lease covers approximately 8,200 sq m of warehouse and office space. CBRE supported the renegotiation process and the conclusion of the transaction.
The extension continues a cooperation that began in 2020. Under the new agreement, Ingram Micro will retain its entire leased area, including more than 7,900 sq m allocated to warehouse operations and nearly 300 sq m used for office and staff facilities.
MLP Pruszków II is a logistics park located on the outskirts of Warsaw, offering space designed for logistics, distribution and e-commerce operators. The park is positioned close to key transport routes and provides modern technical standards intended to meet the operational needs of tenants.
Ingram Micro operates internationally as a distributor of IT hardware, mobile devices and related technology solutions. Its services include support in networking, data centres, cybersecurity, cloud services and computer equipment distribution.
Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group, said:
“The extension of the lease by Ingram Micro is the best confirmation of the quality of the space we offer and our partnership-based approach to cooperation with tenants. We are pleased that a leading technology distributor continues to develop its operations at MLP Pruszków II, choosing our center as a stable operational base for the coming years.”
According to MLP Group, the transaction aligns with its strategy of maintaining long-term tenant relationships and providing flexible logistics space.
Patryk Romanowski, Associate Director in the Industrial & Logistics Leasing Department at CBRE, commented:
“Pruszków is an attractive location for doing business, particularly for companies seeking proximity to Warsaw while at the same time optimizing costs. Its key advantages include good transport connections, lower operating costs, ongoing infrastructure development and access to a skilled labor market. It is therefore no surprise that the client decided to continue its operations at the current location and further its cooperation with MLP Group.”
MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics complex in the area, with a planned gross leasable area of 427,000 sq m. Selected buildings have received BREEAM certification, and photovoltaic panels are being installed on rooftops as part of the group’s ESG programme.
The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Pruszków–Żbików junction. Railway lines run nearby, supporting domestic and international logistics operations. On-site amenities include a bus stop and a public bicycle station.
