Real estate developer Impact will build three new access roads in the Greenfield residential complex near the Băneasa forest, in which it will invest over EUR 2 million.
The amount will be fully borne by the developer, and work on the new access roads will begin immediately after obtaining building permits.
“The three additional access roads in the Greenfield Băneasa neighborhood are concrete steps (…). These are in addition to the over 18 kilometers of roads that we have developed in the neighborhood over time, the entire utility infrastructure, but also the commercial, educational and leisure facilities that we have built or contributed to in recent years. We continue to invest in this neighborhood, for the good of the community of over 7,000 inhabitants and we appreciate the support of the authorities in these efforts”, said Dan Sebastian Câmpeanu, CEO Impact Developer & Contractor.
