Green Caffè Nero has moved its Warsaw office to the Saski Crescent building in the city centre. The new office covers approximately 960 sq m and was designed to reflect the company’s current operational needs. Colliers supported the tenant throughout the process, including location selection, lease negotiations, workplace analysis, architectural design and fit-out.

According to Colliers, its advisory team assisted Green Caffè Nero in choosing the new premises and negotiating lease terms, while the Colliers Define unit conducted employee needs assessments and prepared the office concept and implementation.

Dorota Pomacho-Pątkiewicz, CEO of Green Caffè Nero, said: “The last few months have been a time of milestones for us. Representatives of Colliers’ Office Space Department, Paweł Proński and Marcin Łachmański, noted that the relocation provided an opportunity to increase office area and adapt the workplace to team requirements, adding that the project focused on supporting collaboration and informal interaction.

Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo in Poland, commented on the building’s positioning: “The boutique character of the Saski Crescent building, the modern, hotel-style lobby and other common areas perfectly complement the concept of the office space created for the Green Caffè Nero team. I am convinced that our modernised office building, also in terms of technology and sustainable solutions, will be a great place to work and integrate. Its unique location in the heart of Warsaw, next to Saski Park, remains a huge distinguishing feature from the point of view of the employees of the companies that operate here. Employers feel this, so it is no surprise that Saski Crescent is already fully let.”

The interior concept was developed following consultations with employees and management. Grzegorz Rajca, Associate Director at Colliers Define, said: “Both managers and team members were involved in the process of determining the optimal working environment for Green Caffè Nero.
