CTP has delivered almost 3,000 sqm of temperature-controlled storage space in CTPark Bucharest South to Frigonet Logistics. The logistics company has signed a long-term lease agreement and will use the new facility for refrigerated and frozen food products, in the context of expanding its operations nationwide.
The unit was developed in a built-to-suit regime, according to Frigonet Logistics’ operational requirements.
CTPark Bucharest South currently has almost 140,000 sqm of built-up space, on a total area of almost 37 hectares. Following the leasing activity, just under 50,000 sqm are still available in the park. A new 54,000 sqm building was delivered at the beginning of this year.
