Corallis Apartments, Developed by KÉSZ Group, Enters the Finishing Stage

Corallis Apartments, the residential development being built by KÉSZ Group on the shore of Lake Grivita in northern Bucharest, continues to advance and has reached two major milestones: more than 110 apartments have been sold, and the project has entered the finishing stage.

Construction has now entered a new phase, with work under way on the buildings’ exterior enclosures and interior finishes.

Located in the Petrom City area, Corallis Apartments is being built on a site of approximately 15,500 sqm and comprises five low-rise buildings with a total of 221 two-, three- and four-room apartments, duplexes, garden apartments and penthouses with panoramic terraces.
