Concelex is starting work on two university dormitories for students of the West University of Timișoara. The projects have a cumulative value of RON 88.6 million and are being carried out by the Romanian Government, through PNRR funding.
“We have over 40 projects in this field underway or recently completed, from schools and kindergartens to university campuses. We are happy to contribute, together with the West University of Timișoara, to the creation of spaces that support learning, collaboration and student life at current standards,” said Cătălin Vișan, Deputy General Director, Concelex.
The execution period for the two dormitories to be built in Ghiroda Commune, Timiș County, is 12 months.
