Bellemonde Development opened the Bellemonde Residence showroom, a fully furnished apartment designed by Hype Project in the Warm Nature collection, which presents to the public for the first time the Ready to Move In concept: homes delivered fully furnished and available exclusively to future Bellemonde owners. The showroom is located in Bellemonde Residence, a project of 164 homes and over EUR 40 million in Pipera, continued by Bellemonde Privée, with 52 villas and an investment of EUR 25 million.
Bellemonde was officially launched in June 2024, when the building permit was obtained, and construction began in September 2024. In December 2024, the partnership with Hype Project for Ready to Move In homes was announced, and in March 2025 the developer announced the expansion of the project and launched three exclusive Ready to Move In interior collections, available exclusively to Bellemonde clients, as an option alongside the standard Bellemonde finish. The showroom turns these collections from presentations and moodboards into an experience that can be visited and felt.
“The showroom is our way of telling future residents: come and see what it will be like to live at Bellemonde. We built the project around the idea of total comfort, and an apartment you can walk through, and in which you can imagine your mornings and evenings, answers better than any presentation. We wanted every detail to meet our clients’ expectations, from proportions and light to materials and atmosphere. Construction works are progressing as planned, and this showroom is a first step towards the moment when we hand over the keys,” said Victor Terhes, Chief Commercial Officer at Bellemonde.
The Ready to Move In concept means that the home is handed over fully furnished, with furniture, lighting, textiles, decor and accessories chosen as a coherent whole.
