North Bucharest Investments (NBI) has repaid more than EUR 1 million in principal to investors on the Stock.estate platform, successfully closing three financing rounds ahead of schedule. All three repayments were completed approximately one month before their contractual maturity dates, together with interest accrued over the actual investment periods.

As of 21 October 2026, Stock.estate reported approximately EUR 14.6 million in total invested capital, approaching the EUR 15 million milestone. The platform had attracted more than 17,400 registered users and funded 105 campaigns, while total principal repayments had reached approximately EUR 6 million and interest payments to investors had exceeded EUR 913,000.
North Bucharest Investments works with more than 80 property developers and manages a portfolio of over 100 residential projects.
