The wait is over! The final list of nominees for the CIJ Awards Romania 2026 has been announced, bringing together the companies, projects and professionals shaping the Romanian real estate market.
Following the preliminary announcement and the final round of updates and verifications, the shortlist is now complete. This year’s nominees reflect the outstanding work, achievements and continued evolution of Romania’s real estate industry.
The Judging Process Takes Place in November
The next important milestone is the judging process, scheduled for the first week of November 2026. It will comprise two key stages: the Judges’ Meeting and the online voting process, both taking place during the same week.
The full list of judges for this year’s edition will be announced shortly, introducing the industry professionals who will bring their expertise and experience to the evaluation of this year’s nominees.
