Corporate Office Solutions (COS) has completed the delivery of Arcadis’ new 1,100 sqm workplace at Business Garden Bucharest, with the support of Vastint throughout its implementation.
Arcadis’ mission is to bring together the brightest analysts, designers, engineers and specialists to solve the world’s most complex buildings, infrastructure, water and environmental challenges. This context shaped the brief for the new workplace, which needed to accommodate different setups for individual work and collaboration, while also creating space for creativity.
“The brief was about creating a workplace that could respond to the different ways people at Arcadis work throughout the day,” says Iulia Roșescu, Interior Architect at COS. “We translated this into a concept built around flexibility, interaction and choice, bringing together a variety of settings for focused work, teamwork, calls and moments to recharge.”
“One of the important aspects of this project was finding the right balance between the new workplace requirements and what could be retained from the existing space,” says Mădălina Mircea, Senior Project Director at COS. “The result is a workplace that responds to Arcadis’ current needs while making thoughtful use of the resources already available.”
“The project was delivered successfully, and we particularly appreciated the smooth collaboration, attention to detail, and commitment of the entire COS project team. Considering the project’s scope and budget, the final result exceeded our expectations,“ says Teodora-Manuela Cornea, Country Director & Business Development Director, Arcadis.
