Romanian safety footwear manufacturer Babol Exim has decided to transform the industrial platform where it was operating in Sector 3 of Bucharest into a commercial complex.
Babol Exim owns two adjacent plots of land with a total area of about 11,700 square meters. Both lots house buildings with industrial production and storage functions. On one of the plots there is a production hall that Babol wants to transform into commercial space, a storage hall that it wants to turn into a showroom and warehouse, and 6 other buildings that it wants to completely demolish, in order to build two other buildings with commercial spaces and offices.
On the other plot of land, he owns a single building in good condition that he wants to modernize and expand, and 4 other buildings that he wants to demolish and in their place build a building with commercial spaces and a fitness center.
The investor also proposes to arrange 161 parking spaces to serve the new commercial complex. The investment value was estimated at EUR 4.3 million, and the project implementation should last two years.
