The developer Liebrecht & wood has started construction of the 89 new homes in the second phase of the Liziera de Lac complex.
The first homes in this phase are due to be delivered in the third quarter of 2027. The long-term development plan for the land purchased by the developers here foresees the construction of 2,400 homes in total, with 10,000 residents.
Liebrecht&wood invested 43 million euros in the first phase of development in the 94 villas, and the community formed here already has over 200 inhabitants. The investment for the difference of up to almost 400 villas that the developer has already authorized is EUR 70 million, according to Patrick van den Bossche, founder and & Managing Director of Liebrecht & wood.
Prices for the new villas start at EUR 159,000 + VAT.
